Published on Saturday, 11 November 2017 at 4:07:00 PM

How can you study art or gain a Fine Art degree if the nearest university is hours away from where you live and you really can’t uproot your life to relocate to the city? Curtin University may have the solution for you.

Curtin’s School of Design and Art (SoDA) has delivered their Fine Art and Visual Culture majors fully online via OUA since 1996, providing the opportunity for many students unable to attend campus to attain their Bachelor of Arts degree. In this presentation, SoDA OUA staff members Gina Cinanni (Director of Online Studies) and Moira Doropoulos (Major Coordinator of Fine Art OUA) will explain what it means to be an online student, the flexibilities this mode of study offers and how it is possible to study art online.

Whether you are a budding artist who’d like to study one or two units to test your skill level before considering a commitment to full degree studies, a mid-career professional wishing to gain a qualification, or a lifelong learner who simply wants to further your education, studying art online with Curtin OUA may be an exciting proposition for you to consider so come along and find out more.
