Starstruck Activities galore with Canberra’s National Portrait Gallery

Following the opening of Starstruck on 27th September, the team from the National Portrait Gallery will be holding a special programme of workshops, tours, and activities for the whole community. 

We are pleased to present the following free tours in conjunction with Starstruck:

• Highlights Tour with curator Penny Grist
  • Session 1 : Saturday 28th September, 10:30am
  • Session 2 : Saturday 28th September, 1:30pm
• 'Tawdry Tales' Tour - Saturday 28th September 2:30pm
• Studio Starstruck - Family walk up space, available daily

And the following ticketed activities:

• Zoetrope Workshop (8-12yrs)
  • Session 1 : Saturday 28th September, 11:30am 
  • Session 2 : Monday 30th September, 3:00pm
• Portrait Play - All the extras! (4-8yrs with guardians)
  • Session 1 : Monday 30th September, 1:30pm
  • Session 2 : Tuesday 1st October, 11:00am
• Slow look at art - Sketching and discussing works (all ages) [Free]
  • Tuesday 1st October, 1:00pm
