Geraldton Regional Art Gallery (GRAG) is proud to present a diverse and stimulating exhibition program from local, state, national and international sources. 

To celebrate the diversity of local artistic expression, GRAG invites artists, arts groups, and curators to submit exhibition proposals.

Exhibition Proposals will be reviewed regularly, and assessed with consideration to existing in-house and touring exhibition programming.

Please note: submitting a proposal does not guarantee a space on the Geraldton Regional Art Gallery exhibition schedule.

Artwork sales


Please note: GRAG requires a 15% commission on works sold through GRAG.

What GRAG can provide

  • Professional assistance from gallery staff with the development, coordination, marketing, and installation/demount of the exhibition
  • Use of gallery plinths and equipment at the gallery as part of installation
  • Exhibition promotion
  • Exhibition launch in alignment with concurrent exhibitions (no standalone launches)

What successful applicants will need to do

  • Provide timely information to gallery staff
  • Provide high-quality digital images with comprehensive captions (please advise gallery staff if you need assistance with this)
  • Comply with GRAG marketing requirements (eg: all promotional material must have GRAG approvals)
  • Delivery/collection of artworks aligned with the agreed timeframe
  • All work must be delivered ready for display (eg: no wet paint, no missing D-rings)
  • Assist with the installation and demount of works under direction of gallery staff.
  • If a group or collective, nominate a single point of contact responsible for the project. This should be the person who has completed this form.

  • Geraldton Regional Art Gallery will keep exhibition proposals on file, and may contact me in future regarding this proposal, or possible future projects.
