GENESIS is Geraldton Regional Art Gallery’s annual high school exhibition - a survey of secondary student artistic skill and creativity in the Mid West region.

This exhibition features a selection of artwork from years 7-12, showcasing our emerging local artists in 2025.
Join us in celebrating the vibrancy of our enthusiastic young artists as they exhibit in a professional gallery setting.

Submit your interest to participate in GENESIS 2025 by filling out this application form by 10am, Wednesday 18 June


GENESIS is Geraldton Regional Art Gallery’s showcase of secondary student art from the Mid West region.

We encourage all education providers with secondary students throughout the Mid West region to apply. For example: high schools, colleges, home education providers, flexible learning providers.

Are you representing a secondary school or student (enrolled in years 7-12) in the Mid West region?
What year levels are your current high school students?

Please nominate a staff member/educator who is available to manage communications with the Gallery. This communication will include confirming artwork selection, delivery of artworks and collection, submissions of artworks (including artwork forms on the back of works), and Microsoft Excel list of all submissions.
For example, the Art Department Head of Learning Area.
