A beautiful 2 hour workshop to gain insightful Knowledge & skills on mindfulness techniques and yoga symmetry to feel more grounded, connected & self aware.
Are you new to meditation? Would you like to learn some practical every day way and ideas on how to start, to calm your thoughts, boost your energy and feel better ?
We are delighted to be able to hold this workshop at
Geraldton Regional Art Gallery, using art as the medium to creatively express yourself and get a sense of wellbeing. It offers a way connect with everyday calm in this spectacular cultural space with
Trevor Richards' Roll the Tape exhibition.
Symmetry instils harmony and we use this and other art works to find some balance for ourselves and our emotions in the busyness of life.

- Practical exercises to connect & ground oneself through art work
- Yoga Class focusing on symmetry and how your body effects your mind.
