Join MAN UP for an informative and interactive evening as they do a rundown of what MAN UP is really about, what they teach, as well as why they do what they do. They'll then follow on with a discussion for those of you who have any questions related to the topics covered, or for those of you who are simply curious about the issues of male wellbeing.
Having an open discussion helps to alleviate the stigma around men’s mental health, as well as pushing all members of the community to stand up against negative behaviours stemming from toxic masculinity. This event will be perfect if you’re someone from the community who is concerned about these issues and wants to do their part to make a positive difference! MAN UP suggest you think about some questions you may have about masculinity and would like to have a chat about.
