Bead Friends Forever is a site-responsive wall-installation consisting of hundreds of lovingly-made objects made from iron-together beads, arranged in amusing compositions which are thoughtfully placed to highlight interactions and small stories between bead characters and floating objects. The final work is a busy and colourful constellation from afar, with delightful little details at a closer look.
Bead Friends Forever invites the Geraldton community to contribute and engage in the work through a series of short workshops in which participants of all ages can create their own bead characters and objects to add to the wall, so that the finished installation is unique to Geraldton!
There are eight workshops available over four days:
Wednesday 4th of July 10AM and 1PM
Thursday 5th of July 10AM and 1PM
Friday 6th of July 10AM and 1PM
Saturday 7th of July 10AM and 1PM
** Suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over
